Fotini Papastefanatou
Fotini Papastefanatou is a co-founder of the Law Firm “Charaktiniotis & Partners”. She graduated from the Law School of the National University of Athens.
She is an Attorney at the Supreme Court and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1982.
With more than 40 years of experience and expertise in the provision of legal services, and with a substantial presence in the area of consultation and judicial practice, she has successfully represented individuals and Greek and foreign companies, covering almost all the areas of the Law.
She specializes in cases of Civil and Commercial Law, in family and inheritance cases, in the Real Estate Law and in the legal pursuit of bank claims.
